Daewoo E&C announced on the 24th that it has opened the model house for 'Chimsan Prugio Edufore,' located in Nowon-dong 1-ga, Buk-gu, Daegu Metropolitan City, and plans to launch sales in June.
Chimsan Prugio Edufore will be developed with a total of 568 units, including 499 apartment units and 69 officetel rooms, in buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 27 above-ground floors. By exclusive area, the apartments include ▲78㎡A with 67 units ▲78㎡B with 21 units ▲84㎡A with 340 units ▲84㎡B with 71 units, and the officetels include ▲84㎡A with 23 rooms ▲84㎡B with 46 rooms. The floor plans are composed of small to medium-sized types preferred by buyers, and all types provide entrance storage space.
The complex is arranged mainly with south-facing (southeast, southwest) and 4BAY slab-type layouts, considering views, lighting, and ventilation, and the distance between buildings is maximized to protect privacy.
From the entrance to inside the homes, a 5ZCS (Five Zones Clean-air System) air purification system is applied, which divides and manages five zones where fine dust is generated to block it. The underground parking lot is equipped with an LED dimming system to reduce electricity costs in common areas and electric vehicle charging facilities in a separately designated space.
