The jeonse market, which seemed to stabilize in the first half of the year, is now facing concerns that the jeonse shortage may worsen after June, leading to analyses describing the situation as a "calm before the storm." However, there has been a shortage of medium to large-sized units and a lack of apartment supply mainly consisting of older buildings. "Samho Goun Rafine The First," as a newly built apartment in this context, is attracting the attention of many demanders.


As an 8-year all-jeonse type rental apartment, it offers stable residence at prices lower than market value, with benefits such as no acquisition tax, exclusion from the housing count, and unlimited resale. Furthermore, since the subscription target includes residents nationwide, competition is expected to be even fiercer.


The excellent transportation network is also noteworthy. With the expansion of routes such as Sinhang-ro, Mokpo Bridge, and Samho Bridge, accessibility to Mokpo is high, and using KTX Mokpo Station or the Seohaean Expressway makes travel to outlying and suburban areas convenient.

In particular, 'Samho Goun Rafine The First,' scheduled to open on May 28, is expected to receive a hot response as it is in an area with high interest in newly built medium to large-sized apartments."
