The two companies combined their digital capabilities for insurance underwriting and developed a customer-tailored underwriting system called 'DDUW.' By deeply analyzing Samsung Card customer data and integrating the results with AIA Life's underwriting standards, they determine the disclosure items required for each customer to apply for insurance.

Customers who subscribe to the main contract and riders are guaranteed a general cancer diagnosis benefit of up to 150 million KRW. Once cancer diagnosis is confirmed, the insurance payout is made as a lump sum for the first and only time. There is no procedure to split the diagnosis funds according to items such as examination fees, chemotherapy costs, or medication expenses, nor is there a request for additional documents.

Young customers in their 20s and 30s can subscribe to cancer coverage at the maximum limit with reasonable premiums. Customers in their 40s and 50s can receive coverage essential for themselves and their families or upgrade parts lacking in their existing insurance. Additionally, coverage can be renewed every 10 years to provide protection up to 100 years of age.

This is a pure protection product without maturity refunds, available for subscription from age 20 up to 65. For example, a 30-year-old male subscribing to the main contract with 500 units and some riders will pay a monthly premium of 13,800 KRW throughout the entire contract period based on the initial contract.
