Finally, he concluded, "If you act confidently and wisely, you can overcome any hardship," and added, "Gwangjin District sincerely supports our youth to grow into talented individuals with confidence and responsibility as members of society, becoming the hopeful leaders who will share a bright future."
The congratulatory letters prepared this time are scheduled to be delivered by mail to each household by the day of the Coming-of-Age Day.
