The Ministry of Patriots and Veterans Affairs has been promoting the ‘National Merit Plaque Presentation’ project since 2019 to honor and comfort national merit recipients who live with untold pain due to their sacrifices for the country, together with the local community.
Starting this year, the scope of recipients has been expanded to include families, with plans to distribute plaques sequentially over two years.
