Chicken breast specialty brand I'm Dak won the grand prize in the processed food/chicken breast category at the '2021 Customer Love Brand Awards' held on the 13th. This marks the seventh consecutive year of winning since 2015, setting the longest record as a chicken breast brand.
Hosted by JoongAng Ilbo Economist and sponsored by the Ministry of Trade, Industry and Energy, the 'Customer Love Brand Awards' is a ceremony that selects brands trusted and loved by consumers for providing excellent quality and service. Only brands that receive the highest evaluation in each industry sector through consumer perception surveys on quality and satisfaction, brand value assessments, and document reviews can enjoy the honor of winning.
Since its inception in 2011, I'm Dak has strived over the past decade to promote healthy food based on chicken breast and the importance of sufficient protein intake. To make chicken breast easy to enjoy in daily life, it has developed various convenient chicken breast products such as chicken breast sausages, cubes, steaks, and jerky. By incorporating hotel chef recipes into chicken breast development, it has elevated the value of chicken breast, and has also worked on advancing manufacturing technology, including filing a patent application for big ball chicken breast manufacturing technology.
Recently, the focus has been on making chicken breast recognized by consumers as a delicious dish and a convenient meal. Concentrating resources and capabilities on product R&D, I'm Dak actively introduces new products such as chicken breast lunch boxes, thin-skinned dumplings, sauce slices, double steaks, and chicken popcorn. The bite-sized steamed chicken breast made using a steam method, launched in mid-last year, has become a representative popular product following the chicken breast frank sausage, causing sold-out phenomena at every promotion.
Additionally, the company is doing its best to realize customer satisfaction through various services and technologies. Three years ago, it launched the industry's first early morning delivery service called Cool Cool Delivery, and has expanded delivery services including desired delivery and regular delivery. Last month, it signed an agreement to build an integrated smart logistics center with Korea Container Pool, a subsidiary of the comprehensive logistics company Logisall Group, leading system advancement and eco-friendly logistics.
Lee Yeon-seung, CEO of Wise UX Global Co., Ltd., said, "The meaningful result of winning the grand prize for seven consecutive years reflects our efforts to provide better products and services to customers without settling for the present. We will continue to strive to be a brand that delivers healthy values by proposing balanced, wholesome food and an enjoyable lifestyle in return for our customers' love."
