Jo In-dong, the First Deputy Mayor for Administration, is a graduate of the 32nd Administrative Examination and has 31 years of experience in key positions such as Planning Officer, Policy Planning Officer, Job and Labor Policy Officer, Director of Economic Policy Office, and Director of Planning and Coordination Office. He is an administrative expert of Seoul City with diverse administrative experience and outstanding execution skills.

Ryu Hun, the Second Deputy Mayor for Administration, is a graduate of the 24th Technical Examination and has 31 years of experience in major technical positions such as Director of Urban Management Division, Director of Urban Planning Bureau, Housing Project Planning Officer, Director of Housing and Architecture Headquarters, and Director of Urban Regeneration Office. He is a leading expert in housing and urban planning in Seoul City.

The First and Second Deputy Mayors for Administration are vice-ministerial political appointees whose appointment authority lies with the President. They were appointed after the President’s approval following Seoul City’s recommendation for appointment.
