Yeongam-gun Holds Briefing Session on Self-Evaluation Plan for Major Administrative Tasks

[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Seo Young-seo] Yeongam-gun, Jeollanam-do (Governor Jeon Dong-pyeong) announced on the 13th that it held a briefing session on the plan to promote the self-evaluation of major military administration tasks and prepared innovative measures for military administration.

The briefing session was organized to explain efficient promotion plans for Yeongam-gun's major military administration tasks this year and to seek fair and efficient self-evaluation promotion plans based on this.

In particular, at this briefing session, administrative officers in charge of general affairs from each department of Yeongam-gun attended and exchanged sincere opinions not only on the study of tasks related to the self-evaluation of the county but also on the improvement-needed task promotion procedures and innovative measures for efficient administration experienced in actual work sites.

A Yeongam-gun official said, “We are striving to adapt the county's administrative conditions to the rapidly changing internal and external circumstances, but there were parts we had not considered. Going forward, we will frequently hold sessions like this briefing to listen carefully to the voices of citizens and public officials performing tasks on the front lines, and do our best to improve the county's administrative work efficiently and innovatively.”
