[Asia Economy Reporter Kiho Sung] NH Nonghyup Bank announced on the 13th that about 20 members of the IT Love Volunteer Group, including IT Vice President Sang-guk Park and IT Headquarters Union Chairman Eul-gu Seo, participated in helping hands at a four-leaf clover farm located in Gwacheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, during the farming season.
The participating employees adhered to quarantine rules such as wearing masks and social distancing to prevent the spread of COVID-19, and worked hard thinning four-leaf clovers, transporting farming materials, and conducting environmental cleanup activities.
The IT Love Volunteer Group is a volunteer organization founded in 2008 through the cooperation of labor and management in NH Nonghyup's IT division. Every year, they carry out various social contribution activities such as 'Sharing Briquettes (Rice) of Love,' 'Sharing Kimchi,' 'Blood Donation,' and 'Helping Hands for Farms.'
Vice President Sang-guk Park said, "On the occasion of the 60th anniversary of Nonghyup's founding, I participated in helping hands with the IT Love Volunteer Group with a joyful heart to ease the difficulties of farmers facing labor shortages during the farming season, even if only a little."
