[Asia Economy Reporter Kiho Sung] NH Nonghyup Bank announced on the 13th that it visited the Seodaemun Comprehensive Social Welfare Center to hold a rice-sharing event to practice love for neighbors in celebration of Family Month.
At the event, Vice President Chaewoon Ban of the Risk Management Division and employees of the Risk Management Department delivered 560kg of rice, funded by their own fundraising, to more than 140 neighbors in need, including elderly people living alone.
Vice President Ban said, "I hope this will be of some help to neighbors going through difficult times due to the impact of COVID-19." He added, "We will continue to carry out social contribution activities that can support farmers and neighbors."
Since 2013, employees of the Risk Management Department have been steadily practicing sharing and love for the local community through agricultural product sponsorships and lunchbox deliveries in cooperation with the Seodaemun Comprehensive Social Welfare Center. End.
