Heungkuk Life Insurance Launches Integrated IT Service Management System 'Heung-itsseum'

[Asia Economy Reporter Ki Ha-young] Heungkuk Life Insurance announced on the 13th that it has launched 'HeungITSM (Heung IT:SM)', an integrated IT service management system.


HeungITSM is an integrated management system that oversees the entire IT process to enhance IT competitiveness. According to the company, it has laid the foundation for building next-generation systems and securing digital competitiveness in the future.


This system enables real-time monitoring and feedback throughout the entire IT service process, from IT planning stages to project execution, operational transition, and performance management, ensuring transparency of IT services and enabling analysis of the validity of IT service investments.


Additionally, by continuously monitoring IT service productivity, it effectively manages service appropriateness and quality, and allows real-time checking of the status of requested service tasks.


Until now, paper documents were prepared for reporting IT service work plans, progress, and performance, but by converting these into electronic documents through HeungITSM, the company has also established the foundation for an eco-friendly operational system by expanding a paperless work environment.


Kang Min-seok, CIO of Heungkuk Life Insurance, said, "With the establishment of HeungITSM, we will develop IT capabilities and strengthen the IT service foundation along with the introduction of next-generation systems," adding, "We will do our best in digital transformation to catch two rabbits at once: customer convenience and employee work efficiency."
