NCM Holds CCM Vision Proclamation Ceremony

NCm (CEO Kim Hyung-jung) held a CCM Vision Declaration Ceremony on the 29th. CCM is a Consumer-Centered Management certification system, and NCm was the first in the industry to receive CCM certification in 2019. This year as well, through continuous CCM certification, NCm's customer-centered management, consistently practiced since its founding, is expected to be recognized.


The CCM certification system is a program in which the Korea Consumer Agency evaluates whether a company organizes all its activities from the consumer's perspective and continuously improves related management activities, and the Fair Trade Commission certifies it.


Due to NCm's efforts, the operating system has gradually improved, and it received evaluations that the organization and functions are expected to grow and develop by actively responding to changes in internal and external environmental conditions and consumer demands.


Through this CCM Vision Declaration Ceremony, CEO Kim boldly announced a new vision of “the number one brand in repurchase rate, one that customers return to once experienced,” presenting “customer-centered,” “social contribution,” and “challenging spirit” as core values.


Additionally, renowned external experts in CCM were invited to conduct company-wide training.


CEO Kim Hyung-jung stated, “We will continue to focus on improving customer service centered on the voice of the customer and achieve sustainable growth that customers can feel.”
