[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Yong-woo] Dong-Eui University (President Han Su-hwan) Graduate School of Real Estate (Dean Kang Jeong-gyu) held the '2021 Academic Year Graduate School of Real Estate Master's New Student Welcome Seminar' at 7 p.m. on the 11th at the Crystal Ballroom on the 3rd floor of Busan Lotte Hotel.
The event was attended by the faculty of the Graduate School of Real Estate and new master's students, and proceeded in the order of introduction of the Graduate School of Real Estate, a welcome lecture by Dean Kang Jeong-gyu, and introduction of new students.
Dean Kang Jeong-gyu of the Graduate School of Real Estate said in his congratulatory speech, "Welcome to Dong-Eui University Graduate School of Real Estate, which is becoming the largest cradle for training real estate experts outside the metropolitan area."
Currently, the Graduate School of Real Estate is training experts in real estate finance and assets through a master's degree program with a recruitment quota of 40 students.
Classes are held every Tuesday and Wednesday evening in major fields such as real estate investment, real estate development and construction, and real estate asset management.
On the 12th, the Graduate School of Real Estate held a 'Seminar Room Donation Plaque Ceremony and Opening Ceremony.' The seminar room, opened in Room 106 of Beopjeong Hall, was newly established through donations from the 3rd president of the Graduate School of Real Estate Alumni Association, Kim Yoon-gyu, and master's students from the class of 2020.
