Hyundai Department Store Sinchon Branch announced on the 13th that it will collaborate with 'AjeossiZ,' an influencer group composed of eight '5060 senior models,' for marketing activities until the 31st.
'AjeossiZ' is an influencer group planned by the senior fashion content startup 'The New Gray.' It consists of eight senior models including Jiseong Eon, Lee Jungwoo, and Hong In-guk. Their Instagram and TikTok accounts under 'The New Gray' each have over 100,000 followers, gaining popularity on social media.
Hyundai Department Store Sinchon Branch is matching each of the eight 'AjeossiZ' members one-on-one with eight men's fashion brands located on the men's fashion floor, including Barber, Series, and Lacoste. They are conducting online and offline marketing using videos and photos of the members wearing the respective brands' clothing.
Life-size cutouts of the 'AjeossiZ' members are placed next to the escalators, and mannequins dressed in the same outfits as the cutouts are displayed at the front of each store. Each cutout features a 'QR code' linking to the product page on The Hyundai.com for the clothing worn by the members.
Earlier this month, videos featuring 'AjeossiZ' members were uploaded to Instagram and TikTok. These videos have reached 100,000 views.
Yoon Sang-kyung, manager of Hyundai Department Store Sinchon Branch, said, "Through this marketing, our goal is not only to expand communication with the active SNS-using 2030 customers but also to convey the message that senior customers can style fashion in a youthful and unique way. We will continue to introduce various unique contents that can entertain our customers."
