LG Electronics Launches 'Whisen Tower' Air Conditioner with New Colors in Objet Collection

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Heung-soon] LG Electronics announced on the 13th that it will launch the 'LG Whisen Tower' air conditioner with a new Calming Green color Obje Collection model on the 20th, ahead of the summer peak season.

Earlier, LG Electronics released the 2021 model of the LG Whisen Tower in February, featuring a redesigned look for the first time in six years. Following the introduction of the practical LG Whisen Tower Special models in the existing Obje Collection colors of Calming Beige and Wedding Snow, the company has expanded the options available.

According to LG Electronics, the luxury and premium models featuring Calming Beige accounted for more than half of the LG Whisen Tower sales until last month. The Whisen Tower is characterized by a design emphasizing straight lines and circles, combined with the LG Obje Collection.

The LG Whisen Tower's five-stage clean management functions include ▲ Filter Clean Bot that automatically cleans the ultra-fine filter ▲ Antibacterial ultra-fine filter that removes bacteria that can adhere to the filter ▲ Air purification certified by the Korea Air Cleaning Association CAC ▲ Automatic drying that dries internal moisture ▲ 99.99% UV LED fan sterilization.

LG Electronics is offering up to 500,000 KRW cashback benefits to customers who purchase the Whisen Tower by the end of this month. Park Joon-sung, Head of Air Solution Marketing at LG Electronics Korea Sales Division, emphasized, "We will expand the LG home appliance fandom by carrying out various marketing activities so that more customers can experience the differentiated design and performance of the Whisen Tower."
