Another Random Box of Dogs and Cats in China... Most Animals Found Dead Pet Random Box

[Asia Economy Reporter Ki-min Lee] A 'random box' selling pets such as dogs and cats via courier has been discovered again in China.

According to Chinese media including People's Daily on the 12th, the Suzhou Post Office in Jiangsu Province found a courier box containing animals at a courier branch the day before.

After receiving a report and conducting an inspection, the Post Office found 30 plastic boxes containing puppies and kittens, but 21 were dead, and although the remaining 9 were taken to an animal hospital, some of them also died.

The plastic boxes were wrapped with vinyl and paper, making it difficult for the dogs and cats to breathe. The Suzhou postal authorities are investigating the exact circumstances based on the addresses written on the courier boxes.

On the 3rd, animal rescue center activists discovered 156 pet dogs and cats being shipped in small boxes via courier in Chengdu, Sichuan Province. At that time, four were found dead.

In China, random boxes whose contents are unknown have been popular for several years, and netizens are outraged by reports that animal random courier boxes are being delivered.
