[Asia Economy Reporter Junhyung Lee] Yanolja announced on the 12th that it has launched a gourmet restaurant service.

The service launched by Yanolja provides a one-stop service for on-site customers, including reservations and waiting at popular restaurants. Starting with about 140 popular restaurants in the Gangnam area such as Daegabang, Yukjeon Sikdang, and Tokkijeong, Yanolja plans to sequentially introduce popular restaurants nationwide. According to the company, the new service expands the scope of leisure to include dining, an essential element of leisure.

Yanolja applied the technology of the startup 'Nowbusking,' which developed a restaurant waiting solution, to the new service, converting not only reservations but also the waiting process online. Customers can check the waiting status and estimated waiting time in real time and apply online. Restaurants are expected to improve operational efficiency as they no longer need to prepare waiting areas or manage waiting personnel.

Yanolja offers a payback benefit of up to 5,000 KRW to first-time users of the gourmet restaurant service until the 30th of next month. Eight restaurants, including Manyeo Kitchen and Muwol, will offer special menus that can only be tasted by making reservations through Yanolja's gourmet restaurant service.

Yeon Eun-jeong, head of marketing at Yanolja, said, "We expect the new service to enhance convenience for customers and restaurants and create a safe leisure environment," adding, "We will continue to expand the scope of services to lead the industry's digital transformation."
