The All-day Burger Party Series consists of three types reflecting different customer needs: Ham Egg Salad Burger, Meat Chili Double Burger, and Cream Cheese Chicken Burger.
The Ham Egg Salad Burger is a brunch-concept hamburger that offers a balanced taste without being heavy, topped with egg salad mixed with chopped broccoli, sliced ham, and green leaf lettuce. For lunch, the Meat Chili Double Burger emphasizes heartiness with plenty of minced meat in meat chili sauce, double bulgogi patties, and sliced cheese. For dinner, the Cream Cheese Chicken Burger features a harmonious combination of whole chicken leg meat patties and cream cheese sauce. Thanks to its thick chicken patty, this product pairs well with beer, making it perfect as a simple drinking snack.
Recently, the number of customers seeking convenience store hamburgers regardless of the time of day has been increasing. According to CU, hamburger sales from January to April this year grew by 18% compared to the same period last year, with morning and late-night sales increasing by 22.1% and 24.8%, respectively.
A BGF Retail official said, “In response to the increased preference for easy-to-enjoy food due to COVID-19, we planned this series of time-specific recommended hamburgers so that customers do not get tired even if they eat three meals a day. We will continue to strengthen customer-focused products segmented by time, location, and age group so that customers can find exactly what they want at stores.”
