Hyundai Manseok Real Estate CEO Choi Manseok Visits Haneulkkumteo on the 11th to Deliver Goods Worth 3 Million Won
[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jong-il] On the 11th at 2 PM, Choi Man-seok, CEO of Hyundai Manseok Real Estate located in Dongdaemun-gu, delivered donation items to the disabled residents of Haneulkkumteo, a short-term residential facility for the disabled (Facility Director Song Gi-gap) located in Jangan-dong, to support the independence of people with disabilities.
CEO Choi Man-seok prepared and delivered dining sets, snacks, and sneakers (worth approximately 3 million KRW) to the facility to encourage people with disabilities who are more vulnerable to isolation due to COVID-19.
At the donation ceremony, Yoo Deok-yeol, Mayor of Dongdaemun-gu, stated, “I hope that the facility users, who have difficulty going outside due to COVID-19, will soon be able to wear their new sneakers and go out freely. I thank CEO Choi Man-seok for practicing sharing with people with disabilities who are more easily isolated due to COVID-19. Today’s gift will be a great strength and comfort to the facility users.”
Seeing the disabled residents of Haneulkkumteo happily trying on the new sneakers they received on the spot, CEO Choi Man-seok, the donor, also expressed, “I feel proud to see how much the users like them,” and said, “I want to help as long as I can be of support.”
