[Concall] SKT, "Wavve and Flo to be transferred to newly established companies after spin-off"

[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] SK Telecom stated during the Q1 2021 earnings conference call held on the 11th that regarding questions about which company the business units not subject to fair disclosure, such as Wavve and Flo, will be incorporated into after the split, "Media content assets like Wavve and Flo will be managed under the newly established corporation to lead customers' lifestyles while aiming for global expansion. The business portfolios of both the existing and the new corporations will be finalized through their boards of directors within the first half of the year."
