[Hampyeong=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kim Chunsu] Hampyeong-gun, Jeollanam-do announced that from the 10th of this month to the 30th of next month, it will operate the ‘Happy Family Photo’ program to enhance family bonds for 17 families of 6th-grade children in Dream Start.
This program is conducted with the support of Hampyeong-gun Dream Start and a local business, Wonang Photo Studio (support rate 34%), and provides an acrylic frame (60*50 cm) after the family photo shoot.
The shooting will be conducted indoors or outdoors according to the participating families’ wishes while complying with COVID-19 quarantine guidelines.
In particular, additional support is provided for ID photos needed for children entering middle school.
A family who completed the first shoot on the day expressed their gratitude, saying, “It became a precious memory with the children.”
An official from the county said, “We hope this will be an opportunity for Dream Start children and families to reflect on the importance of family and feel love, and we will strive to improve welfare services for vulnerable children and families by discovering various resources within the local community.”
