Shinbo Holds 'Small Business Power-Up' Event in Celebration of Small Business Week

[Asia Economy Reporter Song Seung-seop] The Korea Credit Guarantee Fund (KODIT) announced on the 10th that it will hold the event "Power-Up Small and Medium Enterprises with KODIT."


This event was prepared to revitalize the industry in celebration of the 33rd Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) Week. The Framework Act on Small and Medium Enterprises has designated the third week of May as SME Week every year since 1989.


KODIT plans to hold the "2021 Excellent SMEs A to Z" online job fair to help resolve the recruitment difficulties faced by SMEs. Under the theme "Youth. The Power of Enterprises! Enterprises. The Dreams of Youth!!", the event will be held in cooperation with the Korea Student Aid Foundation until the 11th. A dedicated recruitment hall will be opened on the job portal site JobKorea, introducing 100 excellent SMEs using KODIT services.


A "National Contest" will also be held to promote the SME recruitment platform "JobCloud." Participants can choose one topic among ▲ JobCloud promotion ideas ▲ Convergence service plans based on IT trends ▲ Activation plans for job matching between SMEs and job seekers ▲ Other topics related to the development of JobCloud.


On the 11th and 13th, "Non-face-to-face Live Consulting" will be operated to solve management difficulties of SMEs. Pre-registered companies will receive real-time online consultations with experts in various fields such as overseas expansion (Vietnam), human resources and organization, and online marketing.


A KODIT official emphasized, "Going forward, KODIT will continue to establish itself as a partner that supports the challenges and growth of SMEs."
