Yogiyo Releases 'Kitchen Hygiene Guide' Online Training Series on YouTube

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Bo-kyung] Delivery application Yogiyo announced on the 7th that it has released an online education series containing a 'Kitchen Hygiene Guide' for restaurant owners.


This online education series was created to easily convey useful hygiene information that is often overlooked and to strengthen safety and hygiene during the upcoming summer season. It consists of three parts: ▲Top 5 frequently detected hygiene violation cases ▲How to keep ingredients fresh ▲Daily management tips for cooking utensils.


The first video features Min Hye-ok, an officer from the Food Safety Policy Bureau of the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety, who shares hygiene inspection tips based on actual violation cases conducted under the Food Sanitation Act. The second video covers detailed storage methods for ingredients according to temperature, and the third video, presented by Yogiyo staff, explains refrigerator cleaning and cooking utensil storage methods for maintaining a clean kitchen in an easy-to-understand way.


The Kitchen Hygiene Guide is available anytime on the Yogiyo Sajangnim YouTube channel.
