Introduction of Electronic Screening Questionnaire System at Gwanak-gu Public Health Center Screening Clinic

[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] The Gwanak-gu Health Center's screening clinic, led by Mayor Park Junhee, has been fully implementing an electronic questionnaire registration system since the 3rd.

The district announced that by replacing the traditional paper questionnaires with electronic forms accessible via QR codes or URL links, waiting times will be reduced, and concerns about cross-infection from handling paper forms can be prevented in advance.

Going forward, those wishing to be tested can scan the QR code or fill out and submit the pre-screening questionnaire on the district office website (News & Notices → Gwanak News) in advance.

Additionally, when visiting the health center screening clinic, registration can be completed in the same way by scanning the QR code on promotional banners.

In particular, test applicants who complete the mobile questionnaire in advance can visit the health center screening clinic within 24 hours with their ID and receive a one-stop test without filling out a paper application.

The district is making every effort to enhance convenience for residents visiting the screening clinic by deploying additional tablet PCs and administrative staff at the health center screening clinic for elderly testers who may have difficulty using mobile devices.

Meanwhile, the operating hours of the Gwanak-gu Health Center screening clinic are from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays and Saturdays, and from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Sundays and public holidays. The clinic is closed for disinfection from 12 p.m. to 1 p.m. on weekdays and from 1 p.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays.

Mayor Park Junhee of Gwanak-gu said, “With the introduction of the electronic questionnaire system at the screening clinic, we ask for the cooperation of all residents to enable faster and safer operations.” He added, “We will continue to do our best to enhance COVID-19 prevention and response capabilities through efficient screening clinic operations.”
