Stabbing Incident in Gangnam Residence... 1 Dead, 1 Seriously Injured

According to the Gangnam Police Station on the 6th, a man in his 40s was found dead with a stab wound to the chest at a house in Yeoksam-dong around 5 p.m. the previous day. A woman in her 30s who was nearby had a wound on her abdomen and was unconscious.

Before losing consciousness, the woman’s acquaintance, who arrived after receiving a call, reported to 119 at 4:56 p.m., saying, "A younger acquaintance is collapsed in the room."

A weapon suspected to have been used in the crime was found at the scene. The police plan to perform an autopsy to determine the exact cause of death and investigate the circumstances of the incident after the woman, currently being treated in the intensive care unit, regains consciousness.
