Emart24 is offering a discount event on eight types of domestic craft beer, with four cans priced at 10,000 won. Additionally, customers receive an extra 1,000 won discount when paying with the event card.
[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chunhan] Emart24 announced on the 6th that it will hold a discount event this month offering 10,000 KRW for 4 cans of 8 types of domestic craft beer, and provide an additional 1,000 KRW discount when paying with the event card.
As the number of customers looking for craft beer at convenience stores increases, Emart24 expanded its craft beer selection to about 20 types last month by introducing Playground Gentlemen Lager and Joker Golden Pale Ale. In fact, Emart24's craft beer sales increased by 526% from January to April this year compared to the same period last year.
They will also hold a weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) event for side dishes enjoyed with beer. Emart24 is conducting a 1+1 event this month on 12 popular side dishes including Jikhwa Gopchang, Pocha Bulmakchang, Lobster King, and Kkreami.
An Emart24 official said, “As the weather gets warmer, we expect more customers to seek beer, so we are running various beer product discount events including 4 cans of craft beer for 9,000 KRW. We will continue to increase our product offerings for customers who want to enjoy beers with diverse tastes and flavors by brewery and country.”
