Samsung Heavy Industries Reports Q1 Operating Loss of 560.8 Billion KRW, Down 960.3% Year-on-Year

[Asia Economy Reporter Park Jihwan] Samsung Heavy Industries announced on the 4th that its consolidated sales for the first quarter of this year amounted to 1,574.6 billion KRW, with an operating loss of 506.8 billion KRW.

This represents a decrease of 13.8% and 960.3%, respectively, compared to the same period last year. The net loss for the period was recorded at 535.9 billion KRW.
