Mesh Korea Establishes Business Strategy Headquarters... Appoints Tak Jeonguk as Head Tak Jung-wook, Head of Business Strategy Division at Mesh Korea

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Mesh Korea (CEO Yoo Jung-beom), a comprehensive digital logistics company operating 'VROONG', announced on the 4th that it will establish a Business Strategy Headquarters to respond to the rapidly changing domestic distribution and logistics market and to redefine the direction of its business strategy. Tak Jung-wook, formerly of IBM, Samsung Electronics, and Paris Croissant, was recruited as the head of the headquarters.

Currently, Mesh Korea is gaining attention as a comprehensive digital logistics company capable of providing solutions across logistics, including data consulting based on a dense nationwide logistics network and advanced IT capabilities in the logistics market where fast delivery is crucial. Accordingly, the Business Strategy Headquarters was newly established to strengthen the overall business strategy and the capabilities of business divisions.

Tak Jung-wook, who will lead the Business Strategy Headquarters, graduated from Seoul National University with a degree in Business Administration. He served as Executive Vice President in charge of the IBM Korea Systems Division, then as Senior Vice President of the Corporate B2B Strategy Group at Samsung Electronics, Senior Vice President of the Wireless Business Division's European Market B2B Sales Group, and Executive Vice President in charge of Global Planning at Paris Croissant, recognized as an expert in strategic planning and business innovation.

Through the recruitment of Director Tak, Mesh Korea plans to break away from the existing logistics industry framework and implement more innovative business strategies. First, it will redefine the direction in response to the rapidly changing logistics market by establishing management processes for sales, setting targets, and analyzing sales strategies in detail. Additionally, through the formulation and execution of strategies based on the comprehensive logistics solutions Mesh Korea possesses, it plans to accelerate its establishment as a 'total solution provider company.'

Director Tak said, "Mesh Korea is a company equipped with solutions that enable efficient logistics flow based on logistics infrastructure, IT, and data," adding, "We will faithfully perform our role to become the optimal partner for seller companies by providing not only solutions for companies' logistics concerns but also consulting through data."
