'Hanwha Forena Ansan Gojan' to be Sold Next Month... 158 Units for General Sale

Hanwha Construction announced on the 29th that it will open a cyber model house for 'Hanwha Forena Ansan Gojan,' located at 631 Gojan-dong, Danwon-gu, Ansan-si, Gyeonggi-do, on the 30th and begin sales next month.

Hanwha Forena Ansan Gojan will be built with three buildings ranging from three basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, with a total of 449 units and exclusive areas ranging from 45 to 84㎡. By type, there are △79 units of 45㎡, △188 units of 59㎡A, △110 units of 59㎡B, △52 units of 72㎡, and △20 units of 84㎡, with a total of 158 units available for general sale.

Forena Ansan Gojan is a complex redeveloping Gojan Cooperative Housing District 8 and is located in the urban area of Gojan-dong, Danwon-gu, which is highly preferred for residential living in Ansan-si. Hanwha Construction has also been selected as the contractor for Gojan Cooperative Housing District 9, located right next to the complex, and is proceeding with development, which will form a Hanwha Forena brand complex in the area.

The complex is within walking distance of Seongpo Station on the Shinansan Line (scheduled for 2024), which is under construction, providing excellent transportation access that allows entry to Yeouido within 30 minutes. The nearby Subway Line 4 Jungang Station is also conveniently accessible. Especially since new apartment sales in the downtown area of Ansan-si are scarce, this station-area new apartment is attracting strong interest from actual buyers.

Deokseong Elementary School is located right in front of the complex, and Kyungan High School and Gwangdeok Middle School are within walking distance for commuting. Additionally, convenient living, shopping, and cultural infrastructure such as Ansan City Hall, Korea University Ansan Hospital, Lotte Department Store, Lotte Mart, and Homeplus are concentrated in the area.

The complex is mainly oriented southward, with over 70% of the units overlooking Ansan Central Park located on the southwest side of the complex. Nearby are Gwangdeoksan Mountain, Ansancheon Stream, and Gwangdeok Sports Park, allowing residents to enjoy a nature-friendly environment.

Applications for Forena Ansan Gojan will begin with special supply on May 11, followed by first priority applications for the local area on May 12 and other areas on May 13, and second priority on May 14. Applications will be accepted through the Korea Real Estate Board's Apply Home website. Winners will be announced on May 21, and official contracts will begin on June 1.

To prevent the spread of COVID-19, Forena Ansan Gojan plans to open the cyber model house through its online homepage. The actual model house can be viewed by reservation during the document submission period after the winner announcement. Move-in is scheduled for December 2023.
