GS Construction to Open Model House for 'Yonghyeon Xi Crest' in Incheon on 30th

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyemin] GS Construction announced on the 29th that it will officially begin the sale of the private participation public sale apartment "Yonghyeon Xi Crest," being built in Yonghyeon-dong, Michuhol-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City.

Yonghyeon Xi Crest, which will open its model house on the 30th, consists of 17 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 34 above-ground floors, with a total of 2,277 households. Among these, 1,499 units are for general sale, excluding priority supply to residents.

The site is a station-area complex within walking distance of Inha University Station and Sungui Station on the Suin-Bundang Line. It is also close to Incheon-daero, which connects to the Gyeongin Expressway, and the 2nd Gyeongin Expressway, providing excellent accessibility to Seoul and the metropolitan area. Additionally, the Incheon KTX direct connection project linking Songdo Station to the Gyeongbu High-Speed Railway is scheduled to open in 2025. Nearby the complex are Homeplus, Yonghyeon Market, Inha University Hospital, Dowon Indoor Gymnasium, and CGV, with Yongjeong Neighborhood Park also within walking distance.

As it is developed through private participation, the complex is designed mainly with all units facing south and a 4Bay slab-type layout. It features a low building coverage ratio of around 15% and a 100% underground parking design. Furthermore, signature community facilities such as a sky lounge and guest house will be introduced within the complex.

The sales schedule starts with special supply on the 10th of next month, followed by first priority applications for the local area on the 11th, and first priority applications for other areas on the 12th. The announcement of successful applicants will be on the 20th of the same month. Move-in is scheduled for November 2023.

The model house is located in Yonghyeon-dong, Michuhol-gu, Incheon, and to prevent the spread of COVID-19, visits are restricted to those who have won the viewing application and made prior reservations. On the opening day, the 30th, the Yonghyeon Xi Crest model house can be viewed through the YouTube channel "Xi TV" at 12 PM.
