Naver Decides to Acquire US Webtoon Subsidiary Shares for 204 Billion KRW

[Asia Economy Reporter Minwoo Lee] Naver (NAVER) announced on the 29th that it has decided to acquire 433,669 shares of its U.S. subsidiary Webtoon Entertainment for approximately 204 billion KRW.

The scheduled date for the stock acquisition is the 11th of next month, and after the acquisition, Naver's stake in Webtoon Entertainment will be 66.6%.
