KB Kookmin Bank Liiv Real Estate Surpasses 1 Million Customers

App Downloads Surpass 1 Million, Video Ad Views Exceed 18 Million!

[Asia Economy Reporter Park Sun-mi] KB Kookmin Bank announced that the download count of its real estate information platform Liiv Real Estate (Liiv Budongsan) application (app) has surpassed 1 million.

Liiv Budongsan, which presents real estate information in an easy-to-understand way based on maps, is a differentiated real estate platform where users can check various real estate price information in one place, from KB market prices to actual transaction prices, listing prices, official prices, artificial intelligence (AI) predicted prices, and villa prices.

After launching the app beta version last November, the official app version and website were simultaneously opened in February. The concurrently operated ‘KB Real Estate Liiv On’ service was terminated on the 8th of this month.

To commemorate the launch of Liiv Budongsan, a YouTube video advertisement released by KB Kookmin Bank on the 2nd of last month has also recorded 18 million views. This video, which parodies the popular drama Penthouse, tells a story of solving the difficulties faced by those struggling with real estate through a fun chant that makes real estate easier.

Sung Hyun-tak, head of the Liiv Real Estate Platform Department at KB Kookmin Bank, said, “Liiv Budongsan is a hub of real estate information that gathers various real estate data in one place,” adding, “We will continue to improve the platform by reflecting customer feedback and advance the platform in the first half of the year to provide customized real estate information that customers want.”
