Gyeongnam Province Reports 9 New COVID-19 Cases, Total Reaches 3,830

[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Park Saeyan] As of 10 a.m. on the 29th, Gyeongsangnam-do announced that 9 new confirmed cases occurred since 5 p.m. the previous day.

By region, there are 3 in Changwon, 3 in Gimhae, 2 in Tongyeong, and 1 in Jinju.

By infection route, 5 cases were contacts of confirmed patients within the province, 1 related to a food factory in Tongyeong, 2 from a cram school in Gimhae, and 1 related to the Seoul metropolitan area.

Accordingly, the total cumulative confirmed cases in the province increased to 3,830 (506 hospitalized, 3,310 discharged, 14 deceased).
