[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Cheol-hyun] Public Shopping announced on the 29th that it will operate the 'Integrity Bucket Challenge' campaign to establish and spread a culture of integrity. This campaign was prepared to establish a sense of integrity in daily life among all employees as the only public institution among home shopping channels.

The 'Integrity Bucket Challenge' is an internal campaign designed to raise awareness and interest in integrity among Public Shopping employees. Each month, one employee demonstrating integrity is selected in a relay format and awarded a cactus-shaped integrity pot humidifier along with a prize.

The first participant in the Integrity Bucket Challenge was Team Leader Kang Hyun-wook of the External Cooperation Team. As the team leader responsible for responding to external agencies such as the National Assembly audit, he was highly evaluated for his usual integrity in work and his efforts to actively resolve the difficulties of employees in other departments.

Public Shopping also encourages voluntary 'Integrity Relay Letters' starting with executives to help employees cultivate a sense of integrity themselves. The campaign began last month with Standing Auditor Yoo Chang-oh and will continue in order with the Head of the Management Support Headquarters and others. Public Shopping expects to raise awareness of integrity among employees through the relay of the Integrity Bucket and Integrity Letters.

A representative from the Public Shopping Audit Office said, "It is important to shed the negative image accumulated so far and to become a fairer organization as a public institution home shopping channel in line with its founding purpose," adding, "We will carry out various public activities to root a culture of integrity."
