PeopleBio Decides on 1-for-1 Stock Dividend for Common Shares

[Asia Economy Reporter Ji Yeon-jin] PeopleBio announced on the 28th that it has decided to issue 5,597,470 common shares as a bonus stock.

The number of new shares allocated is 1 share per 1 common share, with a par value of 500 KRW per share.

The record date for new share allocation is next month on the 17th, and the expected listing date for the new shares is June 4th.
