The administrative audit will be conducted from June 8 to 16 during the 1st regular session. It involves auditing the overall administration of Yangsan City, and this year, the received citizens' opinions will also be reflected.
The submissions include inconveniences or unfair matters regarding overall city administration, suggestions and improvements for major policies and projects, and cases of budget waste. Citizens wishing to submit opinions can do so via the Yangsan City Council website or by mail from the 26th until the 14th of next month.
Chairman Lim Jeong-seop said, "Reflecting diverse citizens' voices in city administration is the essence of local autonomy," adding, "The city council, representing the citizens, will actively collect citizens' opinions and do its best to realize grassroots democracy."
