[Asia Economy Reporter Song Seung-seop] The National Credit Union Federation of Korea announced on the 23rd that it plans to recruit a total of 331 new employees in the first half of 2021 through open recruitment.
Applications for open recruitment will be accepted for four days starting from the 26th at 201 Saemaeul Geumgo branches nationwide. Candidates will be selected at six times the number of available positions based on document screening and four times the number based on the written test. However, for agricultural and fishing village credit unions, the selection ratio will be increased by 1.5 times.
The written exam will be conducted offline on the 29th of next month at 13 test centers nationwide. The exam consists of a personality test and the NCS Basic Competency Assessment. To ensure fairness and objectivity in the interview process, one external interviewer will participate.
If a candidate fails the final interview, they will be automatically registered in the 'New Employee Talent Pool.' Until the next open recruitment, they may be given additional interview opportunities at Saemaeul Geumgo branches in the region they applied for or adjacent areas.
