[Asia Economy Reporter Jeon Jinyoung] On the 23rd, So Byeonghun, a member of the Democratic Party of Korea, regarding the ongoing controversy over the Comprehensive Real Estate Holding Tax (종부세) inside and outside the party, said, "I hope people stop making unnecessary comments about real estate."

On the same day, So stated on his SNS, "The real estate issue has been gradually stabilizing since the Moon Jae-in administration."

He criticized, "South Korea is a country of 52 million people, not 520 thousand. After skipping 10 years following the Kim Dae-jung and Roh Moo-hyun administrations, they have twisted and distorted many things."
