[Asia Economy Reporter Gong Byung-sun] EID announced on the 23rd that it has decided to acquire convertible bonds worth 30 billion KRW issued by Etron for the purpose of business stability and investment returns of its affiliate company.
This amounts to approximately 19.09% of EID's equity capital.
