'DFINERY' provides data integration and a hyper-personalized marketing environment to improve customer experience.
Offered as Software as a Service (SaaS), DFINERY combines fragmented data to enhance customer experience. It also immediately provides the practical data utilization infrastructure necessary for digital transformation.
Companies can reduce the burden of costs, time, and manpower spent on building and managing customer data-related systems, which have recently emerged as key keywords in digital transformation, and keep the technical environment for data utilization up to date.
Typically, it takes at least six months to over a year for companies to develop and apply a customer data platform on their own, whereas with DFINERY, digital transformation (DX) results related to customer experience improvement can be confirmed within one month of adoption.
DFINERY offers a 'data lake' that collects and refines customer data generated through various channels such as web, app, and offline; a '360-degree customer profile'; and 'audience segments' that classify customers based on specific conditions within the entire customer data.
