[Asia Economy Reporter Eunmo Koo] SK Broadband, emphasizing customer-first principles, conducted the ‘Lovely B tv’ campaign and was selected as the No. 1 in the IPTV and high-speed internet sectors for 11 consecutive years in the 2021 National Customer Satisfaction Index (NCSI) survey hosted by the Korea Productivity Center. NCSI is an indicator that quantifies customer expectations, perceived quality, and satisfaction with products and services, and is regarded as the most prestigious customer satisfaction index in Korea.
SK Broadband minimized customer inconvenience by launching ‘OCEAN,’ a monthly subscription product for B tv movies and overseas dramas, which previously required additional fees beyond the monthly subscription to watch the latest movies. Compared to existing products, OCEAN significantly increased the number of the latest movies from major overseas studios and popular foreign dramas, providing 90% of the movies offered on B tv through OCEAN, thus capturing both viewing time and number of views.
‘ZEM Kids’ allows registration of up to three child profiles for infants to elementary school students, offering a ‘customized recommendation service for our children,’ enhancing the quality of education that can be enjoyed at home during the COVID-19 era. It provides premium content favored by parents such as ‘Yoon’s English’ and ‘MilkT,’ and also offers free diagnostic tests to check our child’s learning level and tendencies in English, fairy tales, and Nuri (Korean early childhood education) areas.
