[Asia Economy Reporter Jo In-kyung] Lotte Property & Development announced on the 21st that its shared office 'Workflex' was selected as the representative brand in the shared office category at the '2021 Korea Representative Brand Awards.'
Workflex combines the two words 'Work' and 'Flexible,' signifying the provision of office spaces and services tailored to the individuality and characteristics of its tenants.
Workflex World Tower branch, operated by Lotte Property & Development since 2019, is located on the 30th floor of Lotte World Tower, the tallest among domestic shared offices, with a total of 66 rooms and 515 seats. It offers customized workspaces ranging from 2-person rooms to 75-person rooms according to the size and purpose of tenant companies. Desk staff are stationed on-site to provide office services such as phone answering, meeting room reservations, mail management, OA services, and 24-hour security services.
It features two lounges with the best views overlooking the Han River, six conference rooms equipped for conference calls, and convenience facilities such as phone booths. Additionally, tenants can use auxiliary facilities necessary for corporate activities, including SKY31 Convention and the Signiel Hotel Business Center.
Workflex Yeoksam branch operates on the 7th to 9th floors of Gangnam N Tower on Teheran-ro, known for excellent transportation accessibility, with a total of 770 seats. The office spaces overlooking Teheran-ro are available in various sizes from single-person rooms to 80-person rooms, and there is a relaxation area equipped with massage chairs and shower facilities.
Lotte Property & Development plans to integrate the previously separately operated World Tower and Yeoksam branches starting this year to create synergy. Benefits previously exclusive to World Tower tenants, such as discounts at Lotte World Tower and mall facilities, SKY31 Food Avenue, Lotte Duty Free, and fitness centers, will be expanded to customers of both branches.
Also, in collaboration with Lotte Hotels, meeting room fees will be discounted when using business centers at Signiel Seoul, Lotte Hotel Seoul, Lotte Hotel World, Lotte City Hotel Myeongdong, Lotte City Hotel Daejeon, L7 Gangnam, and L7 Hongdae.
Kim Sang-cheon, Head of Operations Division at Lotte Property & Development, said, "We plan to provide the best service to tenants through various integrated benefits in the future," adding, "We will firmly establish ourselves as the leading representative in Korea's shared office industry and showcase a diverse spectrum that encompasses everything from startup companies to large corporate project teams."
