[Asia Economy Reporter Chunhee Lee] GC Green Cross announced on the 21st that it has launched a new oral contraceptive pill called ‘Dear.me soon’.

Dear.me soon is a 3.5th generation oral contraceptive pill. It contains the lowest domestic dosage of the main ingredients, estrogen and progestin, reducing side effects caused by contraceptive pills.

It features a total of 28 pills, consisting of 24 yellow contraceptive pills and 4 white placebo pills, with no separate withdrawal period. Green Cross explained that it improved consumer convenience by eliminating the inconvenience of having to calculate the withdrawal period for existing products.

Yoo Min-jung, brand manager at GC Green Cross, said, "Dear.me soon is an optimized product for consumers who are taking oral contraceptives for the first time or who experience discomfort due to side effects of contraceptive pills, and we will continuously expand product awareness through various events.”
