Emart24 Launches PB Bottled Water 'Haru Iliter 2L' with No Label

Emart24 is launching its private brand (PB) bottled water Haruiliter 2L 6-pack bundle product with no labels.

[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chunhan] Emart24 announced on the 21st that it will launch its private brand (PB) bottled water Haruiliter 2L 6-pack bundle product without labels. The label-free bottled water will be available at Emart24 stores nationwide starting from the 22nd.

The Haruiliter 2L bundle product with the label-free package removes all labels previously attached to the front of each individual container and only displays the brand and information on the packaging of the 6-pack bundle. Product name and essential information such as volume, water source, and mineral content are printed on the large plastic packaging, and the bundle handle and bottle caps are colored yellow so that customers can recognize it as a Haruiliter PB product.

The label-free bottled water reduces the hassle of having to peel off labels separately for recycling after drinking, making it easier to separate and dispose of. Previously, individual containers had labels with an area of 213㎠, but with this label-free application, the amount of plastic used annually corresponds to covering 48 soccer fields (approximately 7,420㎡ each). Emart24 plans to fully replace its PB bottled water, including 500ml and 1L bottles, with label-free packaging in the future.
