[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Hye-seon] Food tech specialist Yangyu announced on the 20th that its restaurant ready-meal brand Ujuin Dining has launched three types of meal kits called ‘Brunch Box.’
Ujuin Dining is a newly introduced brand by Yangyu, expanding into the restaurant ready-meal (RMR) market to target a broader consumer base beyond its handmade wood-fired pizza brand Ujuin Pizza.
The ‘Brunch Box,’ released in three menu options, leverages Ujuin Dining’s years of online delivery expertise to implement same-day shipping and delivery, preserving the freshness of natural ingredients. Using a self-developed big data analysis platform, they identified consumer preferences and composed sets with the most popular dishes among modern consumers. It is also characterized by the careful selection of premium ingredients to satisfy both taste and visual appeal.
The three types of Brunch Box are generously composed as a full course for two people, including soup, salad, and main brunch dishes. They also include the ‘Ujuin Recipe Card,’ containing Ujuin Dining’s unique know-how, enabling even beginners to prepare the meal quickly within 10 minutes.
The ‘Egg Benedict Set’ features the harmonious and savory taste of English muffins and hollandaise sauce with egg benedict. It is also notable that the poached eggs are prepared to be enjoyed immediately without additional cooking. Along with this, a premium salad made of five vegetables enhanced by Caesar dressing and Parmesan cheese, and a mild mushroom soup with whole mushroom pieces are included.
The ‘Mozzarella Cheese Panini Set’ consists of minestrone soup, Italy’s representative vegetable soup, croutons, Caesar salad with cheese dressing, and a mozzarella cheese panini filled with cheese and bacon on chewy ciabatta bread. The ‘Blueberry Pancake Set’ offers an American-style brunch with clam chowder soup containing plump clam meat, ricotta cheese salad, and blueberry pancakes.
