LH to Supply 1,910 Land Parcels and 26,500 Housing Units This Year

Announcement of the 2021 National Land and Housing Supply Plan on the Dedicated Website at 2 PM on the 20th

[Asia Economy Reporter Jo Gang-wook] Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) will supply 1,910 land parcels (4,837,000㎡), 26,498 housing units, and 119 commercial units nationwide by the end of this year.

On the 20th at 2 p.m., LH announced the '2021 Nationwide Land and Housing Supply Plan' through its dedicated website (www.lhplan.co.kr), revealing detailed supply quantities and schedules.

The land LH will supply from this month onward includes 60 parcels of multi-family housing (1,868,000㎡), 945 parcels of single-family housing (324,000㎡), 468 parcels for commercial and business use (473,000㎡), 274 parcels for industrial distribution (1,637,000㎡), and 163 parcels for other uses (535,000㎡).

Housing supply consists of 21 blocks of public sale housing (19,743 units), 14 blocks of Newlywed Hope Town (5,365 units), and 2 blocks of 10-year public rental housing (1,390 units).

Detailed information on project districts, supply quantities, and schedules can be found on the dedicated website, where related information such as district overviews, location characteristics, and blueprints can also be downloaded. For land, clicking on a project district of interest links to the LH Bizmap (bizmap.lh.or.kr), allowing users to check sales status at a glance, including 'Announcement in Progress,' 'Private Contract in Progress,' and 'Sale Completed.'
