NS Shopping Acquires Additional Shares of Subsidiary Harim Industry...Worth 30 Billion KRW

[Asia Economy Reporter Lee Junhyung] NS Shopping announced on the 19th that it will acquire an additional 30,000 shares of its subsidiary Harim Industry for 30 billion KRW to diversify its business and strengthen competitiveness.

After acquiring the shares, NS Shopping's stake in Harim Industry will reach 100%. The scheduled date for the share acquisition is the 14th of next month.
