2021 Korea Fisheries Expo 'Family Month Special Exhibition' from April 19 to May 16
[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Oasis Market has prepared a special exhibition featuring 100% domestically sourced seafood.
The dawn delivery company Oasis Market announced on the 16th that it will hold the 2021 Korea Fisheries Expo 'Family Month Special Exhibition' from April 19 to May 16 in celebration of May, the Family Month.
Oasis Market stated, "To alleviate consumer concerns following Japan's announcement of releasing contaminated water from the nuclear power plant, this Family Month Special Exhibition has been especially focused on ensuring safety so that the whole family can enjoy the products with peace of mind."
To this end, Oasis Market prepared all seafood products as seasonal domestic items and operated on the principle of same-day arrival and same-day sale to enhance freshness. Through direct shipment from production sites, online orders are sent to the integrated logistics center, while stores receive direct shipments to each location as part of the process.
During the 'Family Month Special Exhibition,' about 40 types of seasonal domestic seafood such as Tongyeong sea squirt meat, Wando cut kelp, domestically produced antibiotic-free cleaned freshwater eel, Tongyeong wild cleaned sea eel, antibiotic-free cleaned shrimp, Wando live abalone, Tongyeong clams, cleaned Spanish mackerel, and cleaned Jeju cutlassfish will be sold at discounts of up to 60%.
The exhibition will be held in four weekly sessions from April 19 to May 16. A 20% discount coupon, which can provide up to 10,000 KRW off, can be downloaded once per ID each week during the event period.
Han Moon-kyung, Director of Oasis Market, said, "Since the products featured in this exhibition are seasonal seafood, we increased the number of comparative samples to secure products with superior quality compared to other companies rather than simply securing large quantities," adding, "We operate the entire supply process through a cold chain to ensure the highest freshness."
