In particular, consumers who complete the self-inspection and apply for the 'Pre-Inspection Campaign' service through the customer center can receive free service for travel expenses and basic inspection fees. However, Winia Aid stated that additional costs may occur for parts replacement and products outside the warranty period.

Meanwhile, Winia Aid conducts year-round free inspections and free parts replacement for Kimchi refrigerators Dimchae to prevent fire accidents that may occur from aging Kimchi refrigerators. This applies to products produced and sold before September 2005. Customers can inquire at the Winia Aid customer center or apply anytime through the Winia Aid and Winia Dimchae websites.
