In response to changes in consumption patterns due to the prolonged COVID-19 pandemic, Lotte Department Store is striving to provide unique services and diverse shopping experiences targeting engaged couples, who are major customers of the department store. Recently, it opened Maison Archive, a home styling curation shop, in the main store's living section, and at the Daegu branch, it is expanding efforts to attract engaged couples by holding private outdoor small wedding demonstrations in the rooftop park.
